Customer   Behaviour   which   may   compromise   Jaca-Wifi’s   network   performance   include,   for   example,   causing   network   congestion,   include   running   excessive   concurrent internet sessions or accessing excessive bandwidth intensive protocols such as peer-to-peer. In   the   event   of   such   behaviour,   Jaca-Wifi   reserves   the   right   to   shape   a   customer’s   throughput   speed   or   to   terminate   the   account   of   the   customer   whose   usage   is continually over 300 GIG and affecting network performance.
